This course is based on personalized interaction. It covers all the important facets of Carnatic music, the classical music of South India: its traditions as well as its present role in world music. Through e-learning Practical exercises, you get actively involved in Carnatic music and other aspects of South India’s rich and varied culture.

Sharing the experience worldwide
The Music of South India is offered twice a year and updated regularly. A student concessions are offered to participants enrolled at institutions and cultural organisations anywhere in the world; and also to participants from earlier courses.

Special and compact courses are offered in conjunction with academic and cultural institutions. They can either be hosted within the present course format or adapted in a manner that suits the syllabus requirements of a particular institution (e.g. university music department, world music school or high school music courses with focus on India).
